Includes new NV4500HD mainshaft, anodized adapter plate, dowel pins, anodized transmission mount adapter (uses 94-02 Dodge mount), transfer case shifter mount, transfer case shifter adapter, premium flange bolts and seal. 

Installs in NV4500 with Dodge 4x4 extension housing. Fits GM or Dodge NV4500 as long as extension housing is Dodge.
